Holy crap. Watch this video. It shows how wealth is distributed. This is feudalism. Really messed up. I had no idea it was this bad. Clearly we cannot afford to swill champagne like the folks in the pic. That has to be the largest bottle of Veuve Clicquot I have ever seen. Ok back to the point for us proletariat.
Scary stuff huh? It shows why the rich could give a damn about the people as we are merely peasants in this new age feudalism.
So what can you?
- Save your own money. Be frugal. Put the money to work for you as my posts state.
- FIRE up those savings
- Make the money work for you with compounding.
- Invest.
- Don’t take on debt.
- Vote for higher taxes on the very rich. Like inheritance taxes to prevent dynastic wealth. There is already like a $5M exception. How much more do people need? Higher capital gains taxes for the uber rich. Less tax loopholes. It’s quite unfair when someone starts with $10 million in their pocket and you start with chump change. Of course they can invest in all kinds of ventures like Shaq and Kobe did.
