We know mercury is very toxic to the brain yet we continue to use it. No wonder there are memory care centers popping up like mushrooms after a rain on my daily commute. This is a very interesting article on why mercury is so dangerous for the brain and how it damages the brain. Read it. Then get any sources of mercury out of your brain! You don’t want to be a dummy, dumb ass or senile person do you? It causes brain fog that people complain about. I know as I had it. Below is what it does in the brain. It will kill brain cells literally. People think alcohol kills brain cells. It doesn’t unless you drink liters of vodka per week. Mercury does and it’s bad.

So what can we do? It means we cannot be exposed to mercury in the brain. It must come out! You will want to first remove the source (dental fillings with mercury, reduce fish consumption, and such skin creams), clear out your body and normalize mineral balance and wait. Then in 6 months or so you can start pulling mercury from the brain. The only substances i know that can do this are Liposomal glutathione and cilantro. Glutathione is stronger and pure. It gets rid of the brain fog. I use it. It’s great and costs almost nothing at $40 for 60 pills. Cilantro works to mobilize it but doesn’t pull as effectively it seems.
- Take liposomal glutathione and get it into the bloodstream and some should make it ways into the brain to the neurons to bind with the toxic metals. We want it to dislodge any mercury and any other toxic metals out of the brain and into the body. Why liposomal? Because it is the only kind that can be absorbed without being broken down in the stomach.
- Drink whey protein occasionally along with normal protein to provide the raw material for detox enzymes. Specifically we want sulfur containing amino acids to mop up the toxins that glutathione releases and the push them out of the body once they are out of the brain. Also eat plenty of regular protein.
- Take antioxidants like vitamin C and a normal multi mineral with selenium yeast.
